3 User Accounts

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POKER ADVISOR AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Financial losses from poker gameplay
- Costs of substitute services
- Any other intangible losses
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests
- Involves fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Involves sharing account credentials or unauthorized access
